Hi, my name is Jay Patel, and I am the founder of Funding Bright Futures and an Analyst at McKinsey & Co

 

I started Funding Bright Futures with a simple idea: I wanted to help. What began as me teaching a few soccer classes as a middle schooler slowly grew into something much bigger. Over time, that small effort turned into a nonprofit focused on creating real opportunities for students who need them most.

When I was at Georgia Tech studying Mechanical Engineering, I continued building Funding Bright Futures on campus by organizing fundraisers, rallying support from other students, and working to ensure the organization had a strong foundation for the long run.
